Lana Ascha joined CCI in March 2022. Prior to CCI, Lana worked extensively in the entertainment industry as an Executive Assistant, Production Coordinator among other administrative roles. She holds a BA in English from The University of California, Berkeley.

Brittany Carfaro joined CCI in August 2017. Prior to CCI, Brittany had several years of administrative and recruiting experience in the financial services, sports advertising, medical and consulting sectors. Brittany has worked in the Washington, DC metro area as well as in NYC. She holds a BA in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park.

Lisa Davenport joined CCI in 2003. Prior to CCI, Lisa spent many years as Office Manager in a law and office subleasing firm which originated the concept of the executive suite.

Christine Elmassian joined CCI in May of 2012. Christine has over 30 years of office administration experience including a wide array of responsibilities in all areas of company operations, as well as both executive & personal assistance. Her experience in office administration includes office management, human resources, accounting & finance, legal, production and property management. After having spent 15 years in the Entertainment & Music industries, she broadened her horizons by moving into the corporate sector to include telecommunication services, e-commerce and consulting.

Ava joined CCI in February 2024. Previously, she worked for more than a decade in the fashion industry in various production and administrative positions. She holds an AA with a focus on Literature and Composition.

Sharon Fraser joined CCI in August of 2013. Sharon spent the last 10 years in Office and Facilities Management, and a further 10+ years in Administration Management working with C-Level Executives and Board Directors, predominantly in the financial sector.

Taylor joined the CCI team in April 2026. Prior to CCI, she worked in a variety of administrative roles. Most recently, she ran the Admin department at a roofing company, providing support to multiple departments and project managers. Taylor earned her BA in Sociology from Occidental College, where she also played collegiate volleyball.

Shana Hasen-Klein joined CCI in January 2026. Prior to CCI, Shana worked as an accounting assistant for many years at a business management firm. Shana also has previous experience working as an event coordinator for social, fundraising, and entertainment events. She holds a BA in Sociology from Chapman University. Shana also participated in the Semester at Sea study abroad program where she sailed around the world while taking a full course load of sociology, philosophy, and global studies classes.

Cindy joined CCI in the spring of 2017. Her previous experience encompasses stints in: startups, magazines and public radio. She has a BA from Pomona College, where she studied English and German Literature.

Lindsay joined CCI in September 2016. Previously, she has worked in startups, education, and higher education. Lindsay has a BA with honors in Linguistics and Anthropology from NYU, where she studied the intersection of language, culture, and identity.

Nick Kaminsky joined CCI in May 2019. Prior to CCI, Nick taught English for many years, eventually transitioning into an administrative position in the Educational field. He holds a BA from Illinois State University.

Caroline Lehman joined CCI in October 1989. Prior to CCI, Caroline was an executive assistant at St. Joseph’s Medical Center; and previously attended UCLA.

Hannah Lewis joined CCI in October 2023. Before joining CCI, Hannah worked in academia as a research assistant and administrator and most recently, she worked as a coordinator at a private wealth firm specializing in high net worth clients. She holds an MA in Sociology from the University of Houston, where her research focused on examining racial, ethnic, and gender inequality in the workplace.

Caitlyn Malik joined CCI in October 2023. Prior to CCI, Caitlyn held various roles at nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, including communication, development and programming. She worked primarily in education and disability services. Caitlyn holds a BS in Communication from Portland State University.

Dustin is an accomplished writer, editor and project manager. He has also worked in education; for many years he was as an ESL instructor, and from 2017-2019 he was Chief Academic Officer at Columbia West College, where he managed a staff of 13 faculty members. His experience also includes high-level executive support, product management and marketing. Dustin holds an MFA in Screenwriting from CSUN and a BS in Finance from Penn State.

Chandler Pincheck joined CCI in May 2023. Prior to CCI, Chandler worked as a Project Coordinator and Inside Sales Manager in the IT industry. She holds a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University.

Victoria Tapscott joined CCI in November of 2020. Prior to joining CCI, Victoria worked in various roles in the health and wellness, education, and entertainment industries. She holds both a BA with Honors in English and an MPW from the University of Southern California.
