A peer group program designed around the way C-Suite executives actually think and work.
CCI programs are built around one conviction: that the most valuable conversations happen among carefully selected peers, in a confidential setting, with skilled facilitation.
Carefully curated for complex high-stakes decisions
Each roundtable brings together senior executives from relevant but noncompeting organizations. Groups are intentionally sized to encourage full participation — typically 15 to 20 executives per meeting — ensuring every voice is heard and every discussion has depth.
Focused on members’ top-of-mind issues
Each meeting is designed for candid, practical discussion focused on the issues that matter most to members. Here is how a typical roundtable day unfolds.
Pre-meeting preparation
We meet with members in advance of every meeting to understand the issues most relevant to them right now. This ensures the agenda reflects what’s actually on members’ minds — not a generic framework.
Peer go-around
Members share the challenges currently at the top of their agenda. This candid round-the-table exchange often surfaces multiple actionable insights — and frequently sets the direction for the rest of the meeting.
Expert-led discussion
An outside speaker brings insight on a timely strategic topic. The conversation focuses on implications, tradeoffs, and practical application — not generalized presentations. Members direct the discussion toward what’s most relevant to them.
Member-led strategic discussions
In some groups, members present a project, initiative, or decision they are actively working through — drawing on the collective wisdom of the room and using their peers as a personal Strategic Advisory Board.
